Listening stations next to the music collection allow you to preview tracks of many of our CDs. A large collection of titles in large print, especially strong in fiction and mysteries.

Magazine Lounge and Audio Books

Our reading lounge includes over a hundred newspapers and periodicals to read in the library. Our audio book collection contains books on CD and Tape, MP3 format, and Playaway titles.

Newest Books and Videos

Including bestsellers, new large print, and new books on tape. Our DVD collection includes travel videos, documentaries, TV shows, and feature films.

Print and Copy Station

Print from our computers here, make photocopies, or Fax documents.

Reference Books

Directories, dictionaries, maps and other resources for school papers, or just to satisfy your curiosity.

Quiet Room

Someplace quiet for lone study in our busy library.

Public Computers

Surf the internet or use office software, for an hour each day. If you don’t have a Portage District Library card, you can easily get a guest pass and the Check Out desk.
