Did you get a new laptop or computer for Christmas. Not completely confident in how to handle it? The Portage Computer Users Club and the Portage District Library can help orient you!

Every Thursday morning at 10 AM, the Portage Computer Users meet in the lower level of the Portage District Library. They cover general topics, like using the Internet or software, and take questions about specific issues. They also hold wide ranging discussions that might give you new ideas about what you can do with your computer. Their meetings are listed on our website’s calendar for your convenience.

Also, the staff at Portage District offer one-on-one computer tutorials. All you need to do is make an appointment choose from the following sessions: Email, Computer Basics, Microsoft Word, The Internet, Genealogy, Business Resources, or How to use the Library’s Catalog.
